What is Go Ballistic Fitness LLC???

 

Its a program that consist of a simple equation: exercise + proper dieting = Your fitness goals. My program follows and track the progress of my clients using a few tools provided from the client and tracked by the fitness trainer.

 

#1. Food Log

Writing into a food log is helpful for accountability when disciplining a clients mind frame around the concept of making lifestyle changes for progress. Food log also helps educate the importance of nutrition.

 

#2.Heart Rate Monitor

Weightless can occur with or without a heart rate monitor but when working with one of my clients its extremely beneficial to the fitness expert for tracking your heart rate zones while exercising. 

 

#3.Supplements

My fitness business also host a number of vitamins and other safe supplements that not only help the clients reach the fitness goals faster but also helps improve overall health of my clients.

#4. My Blog and YouTube Page

I'm a personal trainer dedicated to the progress and success of every client that signs up for life changing results. To ensure success for my clients i encourage all of my clients to ask questions and subscribe to my blog for tips and advice from me and my fitness community. I also ask that my clients tfollow my fitness videos for gym alternatives that will also help the client stay engaged in the Go Ballistic Fitness Program
